Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC seeks an Executive Director to fully oversee the operation and management of a senior living community in Roanoke, VA. You will drive marketing, budgeting, and financial performance in line with policy and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of Executive Director experience, plus a current state administrative license. You will lead staff, ensure compliance, sustain occupancy, and guide strategic growth while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Director.
• Current administrative license for the state where the position is located.
• Experience managing all aspects of senior community operations.
• Strong sales leadership and ability to build relationships with community groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring practices to ensure regulatory compliance and budget adherence.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting for the community.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and NOI.
• Ensure compliance with local/state/federal regulations and incident reporting.
• Supervise contracts for services and manage risk assessments.
• Maintain resident relations, conduct surveys, and address concerns.
• Coordinate Resident Council meetings and grievance processes.
