Visa is seeking a senior leader to build and own the engagement model that translates platform capability into client outcomes. You will drive continuous discovery, incremental delivery, and a governance framework across Delivery, Solutions, and Sales to enable sustainable growth.

Role requires extensive executive engagement, cross-functional leadership, and comfort operating in ambiguity while delivering structured, valued outcomes for top accounts in a hybrid US office setting.

• Proven people leadership of large, multi-disciplinary teams through functional leads
• Strong commercial acumen- SOW ownership, pricing strategy, and milestone-based delivery models
• Demonstrated delivery and process rigor- lifecycle methodology, RAID governance, PSA tooling
• Exceptional executive client engagement at steering-committee / C-suite level
• Ability to operate and lead through ambiguity, building structure in a transforming function
• Strong cross-functional influence in a matrixed environment
• Working knowledge of SI partner ecosystems.
