Job summary

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) seeks an experienced senior professional to lead the Risk Practice, focusing on credit and identity risk. You will design, implement, and optimize risk strategies, working with clients across North America to improve decisioning, reduce losses, and drive business growth.

The role requires deep knowledge of credit risk frameworks, data analytics, and strong leadership to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and deliver tangible ROI for Visa clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
• Experience in credit risk management, consulting frameworks, and credit lifecycle optimization
• Strong analytical and regulatory compliance knowledge in banking or payments domains

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Visa's Credit and Identity Risk Practice, delivering high-impact client projects
• Design, implement, and optimize credit risk strategies across the lifecycle to improve risk decisioning and ROI
• Manage cross-functional client engagements, guide teams, and drive innovation in risk analytics
