Job summary

Visa is seeking a strategic Senior Account Manager to grow and retain a portfolio within its Risk and Security Solutions group. You will deepen executive relationships, protect recurring revenue, and drive adoption of Visa's fraud, risk, identity, authentication, and security offerings across financial institutions, government entities, and fintechs.

In this role you will coordinate across product, sales engineering, consulting, and customer success teams to deliver measurable business value

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years with a PhD.
• Preferred Qualifications include payments, fraud prevention, identity, authentication, cybersecurity, or risk management with ability to advise financial institutions and fintech partners.
• Proven success retaining and expanding an existing book of business, achieving renewal, revenue, adoption, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Strong account-planning skills, including stakeholder mapping and prioritization across a portfolio of accounts.
• Ability to build credibility with senior client stakeholders and mobilize cross-functional teams to solve issues.

Responsibilities

• Deepen client relationships across client organizations and act as a proactive advocate throughout the partnership.
• Own portfolio strategy by developing account plans that protect revenue, identify whitespace, and drive growth.
• Demonstrate and expand value using performance data to communicate outcomes and identify expansion opportunities.
• Drive renewals, expansions, and cross-sell opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close.
• Coordinate across product, sales engineering, consulting, customer success, operations, and account teams to deliver a consistent client experience.
• Monitor client health, adoption, satisfaction, and commercial performance to strengthen retention and revenue realization.
