Job summary

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) seeks an experienced risk leader to drive credit and identity risk projects for major clients in North America. You will design strategies across the credit lifecycle, implement solutions, and collaborate with risk, marketing, and operations teams to improve profitability and compliance.

This role requires deep credit risk expertise, strong analytics, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree.
• Preferred 12+ years with a Bachelor's Degree or 8–10 years with an Advanced Degree.
• Experience in credit risk management, analytics, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver credit and identity risk projects for Visa clients.
• Design, implement, and optimize credit lifecycle risk strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Travel approximately 5–10% domestically.
