Job summary

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy and vision for the Delivery function as the solution layer.
• Translate platform capability into client solutions via continuous discovery.
• Lead governance and standardize processes from Discovery to Go-Live to Hypercare.
• Develop leaders and teams through structured upskilling and hiring.
• Engage executives and surface expansion opportunities with governance reviews.
• Collaborate across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Client Services.
