Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to provide strategic leadership for HEOR and evidence-generation across the nephrology portfolio, including FILSPARI. You will partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Biostatistics to shape evidence strategy and support payer discussions and patient access.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, health services research, pharmacy, medicine, biostatistics, or related field.
• 12+ years of HEOR or related experience within biopharmaceutical industry, consulting, academia, or similar.
• Experience developing and executing HEOR and evidence-generation strategies for marketed and/or development-stage assets.
• Strong experience using real-world healthcare data including claims, EMR/EHR, registries and other databases.
• Experience with health economic modeling, burden-of-illness, healthcare resource utilization.
• Experience with patient-reported outcomes and clinical outcomes assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HEOR and value evidence strategy across nephrology portfolio.
• Develop integrated evidence-generation plans addressing clinical, economic, humanistic and healthcare decision-maker needs.
• Identify evidence gaps and ensure HEOR priorities align with asset strategies.
• Lead health economic research including cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses.
• Develop and execute real-world evidence studies leveraging claims, EMR, registries.
• Lead patient-reported outcomes strategy and instruments development and validation.
• Represent Travere externally with HEOR researchers and collaborators.
• Manage vendors, budgets, timelines and project execution.
