Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to lead the integrated evidence strategy for our nephrology portfolio, including FILSPARI. You will partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Regulatory to deliver high-quality, decision-relevant evidence across the product lifecycle.

You will shape long-range HEOR strategies, manage external vendors, and guide publication plans while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, or related field required; PhD/MD preferred.
• 12+ years in HEOR, real-world evidence, outcomes research, or market access within biopharma or related sectors.
• Experience developing and executing HEOR strategies for marketed or development-stage assets.
• Experience with real-world data sources (claims, EMR/EHR, registries).
• Experience in nephrology, rare diseases, or specialty therapeutics preferred.
• Demonstrated publication and presentation record in HEOR or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HEOR and value-evidence strategy for nephrology portfolio (FILSPARI, civorebrutinib, etc.).
• Create evidence-generation plans addressing clinical, economic, humanistic, and decision-maker needs.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Biostatistics to align HEOR priorities.
• Lead cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and resource-utilization analyses.
• Oversee real-world evidence studies using claims, EMR, and registries.
• Direct patient-reported outcomes strategy and select/validate PRO measures.
• Partner early with development to embed HEOR considerations in study design.
• Publish HEOR findings and represent Travere externally with researchers and collaborators.
• Manage vendors, timelines, budgets, and compliance across HEOR initiatives.
