Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to lead the development and execution of its HEOR strategy across the nephrology portfolio, including FILSPARI and future assets. The role partners with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Biostatistics to drive evidence generation and value demonstration throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HEOR and value evidence strategy across nephrology portfolio.
• Lead integrated evidence-generation plans across clinical, economic, and humanistic outcomes.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Biostatistics.
• Lead health economic research including cost-effectiveness and budget impact.
• Develop and execute real-world evidence studies using claims and EMR data.
• Lead patient-reported outcomes strategy and instrument selection.
• Incorporate HEOR considerations early in development with study design guidance.
• Identify opportunities to complement clinical data with epidemiology and RWE.
• Support payer submissions and health technology assessments.
• Oversee HEOR publication plans and external communications.
