Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to shape the evidence strategy for our nephrology portfolio, including FILSPARI. You will lead real-world data analyses, PRO programs, and payer-focused evidence to demonstrate value across the product lifecycle.

You will partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Biostatistics, and Clinical Development to align evidence generation with development milestones and market access needs,

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics or related discipline required.
• 12+ years of HEOR or real-world evidence experience.
• Experience building evidence to support payer and HTA needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HEOR and value evidence strategy across Travere's nephrology portfolio.
• Develop integrated evidence-generation plans across the product lifecycle.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Biostatistics to identify evidence gaps.
• Lead cost-effectiveness and healthcare resource utilization analyses.
• Develop and oversee real-world evidence studies using claims and EMR data.
• Lead patient-reported outcomes strategy and PRO measures.
