Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to lead the strategy and execution of health economics, outcomes research, real-world evidence, PROs, and evidence synthesis across the nephrology portfolio, including FILSPARI (sparsentan).

The role partners with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Regulatory to define evidence needs and ensure high-quality data generation that supports patient access and value

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics or related field; PhD/MD preferred.
• 12+ years in HEOR, real-world evidence, or market access in biopharma.
• Experience designing evidence generation for payer submissions.
• Strong publication record and ability to communicate complex data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HEOR and value evidence strategy across Travere's nephrology portfolio.
• Develop integrated evidence-generation plans across the product lifecycle.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Biostatistics to identify gaps.
• Lead health economic research including cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and HCRU analyses.
• Develop real-world evidence studies using claims, EMR, registries, and other data sources.
• Lead PRO strategy and integrate PRO measures into development and evidence-generation programs.
• Publish and present HEOR findings; represent Travere externally.
