Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to provide strategic leadership across the nephrology portfolio, including FILSPARI. The role focuses on developing integrated evidence strategies demonstrating clinical, humanistic and economic value throughout the product lifecycle.

The role requires extensive HEOR experience, ability to lead cross-functional collaborations, and a track record of publications and external partnerships.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, health services research, pharmacy, medicine, biostatistics, or related field.
• PhD, PharmD, MD, ScD, DrPH or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee HEOR and value evidence strategy across nephrology portfolio.
• Lead generation of cost-effectiveness, budget impact and real-world analyses.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory and Biostatistics to align evidence needs.
• Oversee real-world evidence studies using claims, EMR/EHR, registries and other data sources.
• Lead PRO strategy, instrument selection, development and validation.
• Represent Travere with HEOR researchers and academic collaborators.
