Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to provide strategic leadership for HEOR, real-world evidence, patient-reported outcomes, and evidence synthesis across the nephrology portfolio, including FILSPARI.

This senior leader will partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Regulatory teams to define evidence needs and ensure timely data generation.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, health services research, pharmacy, medicine, biostatistics, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HEOR and value evidence strategy across Travere's nephrology portfolio.
• Create integrated evidence-generation plans addressing clinical, economic, humanistic, and decision-maker needs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Biostatistics to align HEOR priorities.
• Lead health economic analyses: cost-effectiveness, budget impact, burden-of-illness, and resource utilization.
• Oversee real-world evidence studies using claims, EMR/EHR, registries, and databases.
