Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to lead the development and execution of HEOR strategies across the nephrology portfolio, including FILSPARI. The role partners with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Biostatistics to generate high-quality data that supports patient access and value demonstration.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in HEOR or related fields, advanced degrees, and experience with real‑world data,

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, health services research, pharmacy, medicine, biostatistics, or a related discipline required.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible HEOR or related experience in pharma, consulting, or academia.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing HEOR strategies for marketed and/or development-stage assets.
• Strong experience with real-world data sources (claims, EMR/EHR, registries) and HEOR methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HEOR and value-evidence strategy across nephrology portfolio including FILSPARI and pipeline assets.
• Create integrated evidence-generation plans addressing clinical, economic and humanistic needs.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory and Biostatistics.
• Lead cost-effectiveness, budget impact, burden-of-illness, and resource-utilization analyses.
• Oversee real-world evidence studies using claims, EMR, registries, and other data sources.
• Drive patient-reported outcomes strategy and instrument validation for development programs.
• Publish HEOR results in peer-reviewed journals and present at scientific meetings.
