Travere Therapeutics Inc. is seeking an Executive Director of Field Operations Strategy & Excellence to lead the design, deployment, and performance of Travere’s customer-facing commercial field organization in San Diego.

This role drives field model design, sizing, targeting, analytics, and incentive strategy to support FILSPARI, pegtibatinase, and future portfolio growth. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Omnichannel, Market Access, Patient Services, Forecasting, Commercial Analytics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, analytics, life sciences, or related discipline preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial operations, field strategy, field force effectiveness, analytics, or related function.
• Demonstrated leadership of field force sizing, structure, targeting, call planning, performance measurement, or incentive compensation strategy.
• Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and technology functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year field strategy aligned to the portfolio and launch sequence.
• Oversee field force sizing, role design, structure, territory alignment, and targeting across teams.
• Lead field performance analytics, dashboards, and reporting for executive reviews.
• Establish incentive compensation principles and governance with cross-functional partners.
• Ensure operational readiness and launch deployment plans with scalable field models.
