Travere Therapeutics in San Diego seeks an Executive Director, Field Operations Strategy & Excellence to lead design, deployment, and performance of the commercial field organization supporting FILSPARI, and pegtibatinase planning.

You will own field force strategy, sizing, targeting, analytics, incentive compensation, and launch readiness, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal and Compliance, with a focus on measurable business and patient impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences, business, analytics, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive pharma/biotech commercial operations experience.
• Experience leading field force sizing, structure, targeting, and incentive compensation.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a multi-year field strategy aligned to the commercial portfolio and launch sequence.
• Oversee field force sizing, structure, coverage, and territory alignment across multiple customer-facing teams.
• Build deployment scenarios for pegtibatinase and future assets, including capability requirements and timing.
• Evaluate field investments and adjust capacity, roles, territories, and coverage as business conditions evolve.
