Job summary
Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director of Field Operations Strategy & Excellence to lead the design, deployment, and performance of the commercial field organization. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years in pharma/biotech commercial ops or related field.
- Experience leading field force sizing, structure, targeting, and incentive strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year field strategy aligned to portfolio and launches.
- Oversee field force sizing, structure, and territory design across teams.
- Lead field performance analytics and reporting to drive decisions.
- Manage incentives governance and plan design with cross-functional partners.
- Coordinate field readiness for launches and new indications.
