Job summary
Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director, Field Operations Strategy & Excellence to lead the design, deployment, and performance of the commercial field organization supporting FILSPARI, pegtibatinase, and future portfolio growth.
The role directs field model development, sizing, targeting, incentive plans, and launch readiness, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Omnichannel, Market Access, and Finance to drive measurable patient impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations or related field.
- Experience leading field force sizing, structure, and incentive strategy.
- Ability to travel and work with cross-functional leadership across Sales/Marketing/etc.
Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year field strategy aligned to portfolio and launches.
- Oversee field force sizing, structure, coverage, and territory design.
- Lead field performance analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
- Oversight of incentive compensation governance and launch readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives and tools.
