Job summary

Gardant-Management-Solution is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to oversee the community's management and financial performance. The role includes supervising staff, delivering high-quality resident care, and maintaining regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines.

You will collaborate with residents, families, and the marketing team to foster occupancy growth while cultivating a positive, compassionate work environment that values love, dignity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role.
• Assisted/Supportive living experience preferred
• RCA or HFA licensure required at applicable locations
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
• Experience in effective budget management and strong understanding of financial statements and reports

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall management and financial performance of the Community.
• Provides hands-on supervision and empowers team members to deliver high-quality care.
• Engages with residents and family members with compassion and dignity.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
