Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare leadership role.
• RCA or HFA licensure required at applicable locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with ability to mentor and motivate.
• Experience in budget management and understanding of financial statements.
