Brookstone Estates, Emerald Glen, and Grand Victorian are seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead the clinical team and deliver exceptional elder care. You will conduct assessments, create individualized plans, and mentor staff while maintaining compassionate, dignity-driven service.

The role includes coordinating infection control, medication management, and quality-improvement efforts, with a strong emphasis on family communication and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Current state nursing licensure is required (LPN).
• Minimum two years of nursing supervisory experience.
• Prior senior/supportive living experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must demonstrate leadership, mentorship, and motivation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee medication management program and QA initiatives.

Responsibilities:Conducts initial assessment of prospective residents, including off-site visitsPerforms wellness assessments and develops individualized care plans based on the needs and preferences of each residentDelivers health promotion services, offers disease prevention counseling, and provides self-care education to residentsApproximately 20% of hours will be providing hands-on nursing responsibility and direct careEngages with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experienceFosters communication by regularly engaging with physicians, pertinent healthcare providers, and family membersHires, trains, schedules, and leads the clinical team in providing exceptional care experiencesCoordinates the Community’s infection control program while maintaining state regulatory complianceDevelop and oversee the Community’s medication management programContributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiativesComplies with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident informationQualifications:Maintains current state nursing licensure.
