Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Memory Care leader to design and implement a comprehensive dementia care program. You will promote resident participation, oversee budget and supplies, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment that supports wellness and independence.

You will mentor and train a clinical team, conduct wellness assessments, and develop individualized care plans for residents, while delivering education to families and coordinating infection control compliant with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Maintains current RN or Social Work licensure, or Dementia Care Professional certification.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years experience in dementia care; leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Designs and facilitates the Community Memory Care program promoting resident and family participation.
• Oversees the budget and implements a cost-effective memory care program; manages inventory.
• Creates a welcoming, safe environment to promote resident wellness and independence.
• Participates in move-in assessments and develops individualized care plans.
• Trains and leads the memory care clinical team with hands-on support and education.
• Delivers dementia care education and health promotion services to residents and families.
• Coordinates the infection control program and ensures regulatory compliance.
