Cedar-Grove is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead the clinical team in delivering compassionate, high-quality resident care in a West Virginia community.

The role requires LPN licensure with RN preferred and at least two years of supervisory experience, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective care coordination with physicians and families.

• Manages medication program and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident information.

Responsibilities:Conducts initial assessment of prospective residents, including off-site visitsPerforms wellness assessments and develops individualized care plans based on the needs and preferences of each residentDelivers health promotion services, offers disease prevention counseling, and provides self-care education to residentsEngages with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experienceFosters communication by regularly engaging with physicians, pertinent healthcare providers, and family membersHires, trains, schedules, and leads the clinical team in providing exceptional care experiencesCoordinates the Community’s infection control program while maintaining state regulatory complianceDevelop and oversee the Community’s medication management programContributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiativesComplies with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident informationQualifications:Maintains current state nursing licensure.
