Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures in the dining service program in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor monthly expenditures and budget adherence.
• Direct and supervise all dietary functions and personnel.
• Respond to customer complaints per MS Dining protocol.
• Oversee food purchasing, production, and timely service of meals.
• Ensure service excellence and product quality.
• Create and lead presentations at client meetings.
• Develop sanitation schedules and enforce cleaning protocols.
• Provide leadership and timely decision-making.
• Inspect room service trays for accuracy and neatness before delivery to residents.
• Maintain clean work areas and proper storage of equipment, tools and supplies.
• Prepare performance evaluations for staff.
• Attend weekly manager meetings.
• Receive and resolve employee complaints.
• Inspect kitchen staff for proper dress code and cleanliness.
