Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Dining Services Department Manager to lead the dining program at a long-term care facility. You will supervise the food service team, ensure high quality, safety, and adherence to menus and regulations.

Responsibilities include staff training, inventory and record-keeping, and coordinating with client managers and facility staff. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in food service management.
• Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must obtain required certifications within stated timeframes.
• Residency within the service area and COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the dining service program at a single site, ensuring quality and safety.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Conduct staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions.
• Coordinate directives from client managers and facility staff to HCSG staff.
• Ensure sanitary operations, PPE use, and prompt reporting of equipment needs.
• Represent HCSG positively through interactions with stakeholders and guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
