Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Food Service Director to lead the dining department at a long-term care facility. You will ensure high food quality, safety, and customer service while adhering to menus and regulations.

Lead a food service team, maintain records, and train staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and dedication to compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality.
• CDM certification preferred; or as required by state and county law.
• Must obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM) within first 14 days; FSM and LTC-FSM within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the food service program at a single site, ensuring quality and safety.
• Lead and support the food service team to meet standards.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Conduct staff training and in-service sessions; perform roles as needed.
• Communicate directives from clients and administration to staff.
