Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Food Service Director to lead the dining program at a long-term care facility. You will ensure high food quality, oversee inventory, safety, and customer service, and ensure adherence to menus and regulations.

You will train staff, manage records, and communicate with clients, occupants, and administrators while maintaining professional standards and teamwork. Residency within service area is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred.
• CDM certification preferred; FPM/LTC-FSM/FSM certifications within specified timelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the food service program at a single site.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, inventory, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.

Education

Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality

CDM certification preferred

FPM certification within 14 days

FSM certification within 60 days

LTC-FSM certification within 60 days
