Job summary

Dow's Office of the CEO seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will lead strategy, execution, and measurement, coordinating with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and business leaders to enhance Dow's reputation and drive stakeholder engagement.

Located in the U.S., the role focuses on content development, social listening, SEO and real-time engagement opportunities to support business priorities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or military experience required.
5+ years in executive/commercial/digital communications or reputation management.
United States work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy that advances Dow's priorities.
Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and content.
Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to elevate the CEO's visibility with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
