Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify and protect the CEO’s digital presence across external platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in executive or corporate communications, digital communications, public affairs, reputation management, or related fields.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy that advances Dow's objectives and strengthens reputation.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and content.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to elevate the CEO's visibility with key stakeholders.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to identify and amplify stories.
• Curate and manage a steady pipeline of executive content, including LinkedIn posts, articles, editorials, blogs, videos.
• Develop and execute promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with Dow's priorities and industry trends.
