Job summary

Dow’s Office of the CEO seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify and protect the CEO’s digital presence across external platforms and channels. You will drive strategy, execution and measurement to support corporate reputation, attract talent and enable business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in executive/corporate/digital communications or related fields.
• U.S. work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and content channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies for diverse stakeholders.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and Business Leaders.
• Curate and manage a steady pipeline of executive content (LinkedIn, articles, blogs, videos).
• Develop and execute promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with Dow's priorities.
• Build a strategic engagement framework for influencers, customers and policymakers.
• Oversee digital reputation management including sentiment analysis and SEO.
• Monitor emerging digital channels and trends for opportunities.
• Benchmark peers and best-in-class executives to improve the strategy.
• Analyze engagement and ROI; develop dashboards linking activities to outcomes.
