Job summary

Dow's Office of the CEO is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify, and protect the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, search visibility, and content amplification.

You will collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to translate Dow's priorities into compelling executive narratives and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience as listed.
• 5+ years in executive or corporate communications, digital communications or reputation management.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Manage the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders.
• Curate and manage executive content across posts, articles, blogs, and videos.
• Monitor and optimize CEO digital reputation and search visibility.
• Provide data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI and engagement impact.
