Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will lead the strategy, content, and measurement while collaborating with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to advance Dow's priorities and strengthen reputation.

Responsibilities include developing content pipelines, optimizing search visibility, and real-time engagement opportunities with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent.
• 5+ years in executive/corporate/digital communications or reputation management.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and content channels.
• Develop audience-driven content strategies engaging customers, investors and employees.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, IR, and business leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage executive content pipelines including posts, articles, blogs and videos.
• Monitor engagement, sentiment, SEO, and digital reputation; report ROI.
