Job summary

Dow's Office of the CEO seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. Located in the US, you will lead strategy, execution and measurement of the CEO's engagement ecosystem, partnering with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and business leaders to amplify stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience as stated.
• 5+ years in executive or corporate communications, digital engagement or reputation management.
• U.S. work authorization with no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy aligned with Dow's priorities.
• Lead external digital presence across social, thought leadership channels and SEO.
• Develop audience-driven content to elevate the CEO's visibility with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and Business Leaders.
• Curate and manage executive content pipelines including posts, articles, blogs and videos.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities and measure impact with dashboards.
• Oversee digital reputation management and online profile optimization.
