Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will lead strategy, content creation, and measurement of engagement to advance Dow's priorities and reputation.

Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and business leaders to identify opportunities, manage risks, and drive data-driven insights that inform executive communications and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5/Canadian rank.
• 5+ years in executive/digital communications, public affairs or related fields.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders.
• Monitor digital trends and measure ROI of engagement efforts.
