Dow’s Office of the CEO is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify and protect the CEO’s digital presence across external platforms. The role oversees social media, thought leadership content, and online reputation, driving business value and reputation with customers, investors, and communities.

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent.
• 5+ years in executive/digital communications or related fields.
• US work authorization required for this US-based role.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy across social and executive channels.
• Lead management of the CEO's external digital presence including content, search and amplification.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to elevate visibility among key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and business leaders to tell Dow's story.
• Curate and manage a pipeline of executive content across LinkedIn, articles, blogs, videos and other assets.
• Develop promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
