Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will lead strategy, execution, and measurement of the CEO's engagement ecosystem, coordinating with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and business leaders to elevate Dow's voice.

The role focuses on content creation, thought leadership promotion, and real-time engagement opportunities to strengthen reputation and support business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, digital communications or reputational management.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies for stakeholders.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage a pipeline of executive content (LinkedIn, articles, blogs, videos).
• Develop and execute promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with priorities and trends.
• Build a framework for influencers, customers, policymakers, journalists, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee executive digital reputation management including sentiment analysis and SEO.
• Manage the CEO's online presence including knowledge panels and Wikipedia.
• Monitor new digital channels and opportunities for innovation.
• Benchmark peers to improve Dow's executive digital engagement strategy.
• Analyze engagement performance and ROI; develop dashboards linking activities to outcomes.
