Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and priority channels. You will lead strategy, execution, and measurement of the CEO's digital footprint, aligning with Dow's business priorities and reputation goals.

Collaborating with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders, you will drive content development, engagement tactics, and real‑time opportunities to maximize impact and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent as stated.
• 5+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, digital communications, public affairs, reputation management, or related fields.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy that advances Dow's objectives and strengthens reputation.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and other digital touchpoints.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to elevate the CEO's visibility with key stakeholder groups.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories that support Dow's strategy and brand.
• Curate and manage a pipeline of executive content including LinkedIn posts, articles, editorials, blogs, and videos.
