Job summary

Dow’s Office of the CEO seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO’s external digital presence. You will lead strategy, execution, and measurement of engagement across social platforms, content channels, and SEO to strengthen Dow’s reputation and influence stakeholders.

Collaborating with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and business leaders, you will craft narratives, monitor digital sentiment, and identify opportunities for real-time engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field (or equivalent military experience).
• Minimum 5 years in executive/corporate/digital communications, public affairs, or reputation management.
• Must be eligible to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy aligned with Dow's objectives.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and content.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies for customers, investors, policymakers, and talent.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplifiy stories.
