Job summary

Dow's Office of the CEO is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify and protect the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and thought leadership channels. You will collaborate across Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and Business leaders to advance Dow's priorities.

You will develop audience-driven content, manage executive reputation, and build dashboards that connect digital engagement to reputation, influence and business outcomes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field, or military experience equivalent.
• 5+ years in executive or corporate communications, digital communications, or reputation management.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy across social platforms and executive content.
• Lead external digital presence management across channels (LinkedIn, articles, videos, etc.).
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify Dow's stories.
• Develop audience-driven content and promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with industry trends and stakeholder conversations.
• Build and maintain a strategic engagement framework for key stakeholders including customers, policymakers and media.
• Monitor digital reputation, including sentiment analysis, SEO, and online profiles.
