Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership, and search visibility. You will collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to translate Dow's priorities into compelling executive narratives that strengthen reputation and drive business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or a related field, or military equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, digital communications, public affairs, reputation management, or related fields.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy across social platforms and content channels.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence, including thought leadership, search visibility, and content amplification.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to align digital engagement with Dow's priorities.
• Curate, create, and manage executive content and promotion strategies for maximum impact.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities and build a strategic engagement framework for key stakeholders.
