Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership, and digital assets. You will work with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to elevate the CEO's voice and strengthen Dow's reputation.

The role involves developing audience-driven content, real-time engagement opportunities, and measurement of impact with data-driven insights and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field or military equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy that advances business objectives and strengthens corporate reputation.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and content.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to enhance visibility with customers, investors, policymakers, employees, and future talent.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories that support Dow's strategy.
• Curate and manage a pipeline of executive content including LinkedIn posts, articles, editorials, blogs, and videos.
• Develop promotion strategies for executive thought leadership and identify real-time engagement opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strategic engagement framework for influencers, policymakers, media, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee executive digital reputation management, including social listening, sentiment analysis, and online profile optimization.
• Monitor emerging digital channels and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and impact.
• Benchmark peers to continuously improve Dow's executive digital engagement strategy.
• Analyze engagement performance and ROI to optimize strategies.
• Develop executive dashboards linking digital engagement to reputation and business outcomes.
