Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the digital presence of its CEO across external platforms. Located in the United States, the role partners with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories and advance Dow's priorities.

You will oversee digital reputation, social listening, SEO, and analytics, while developing content across LinkedIn, editorials, blogs, and videos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in executive/corporate/digital communications or reputation management.
• U.S. work eligibility; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy aligned with Dow's objectives.
• Lead external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership, and content channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and business leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage a pipeline of executive content including posts, articles, and videos.
• Develop and execute promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities and build a strategic influencer framework.
