Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. The role requires leading strategy, execution, and measurement of digital engagement, working with cross-functional teams to elevate the CEO's voice and Dow's reputation.

You will manage content across social channels, editorials, and other formats, driving real-time engagement opportunities and strategic influencer relationships to influence stakeholders and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in executive or corporate communications, digital communications, reputation management, or related areas.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy aligned with Dow's priorities.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and search visibility.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to increase visibility with customers, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify Dow stories.
• Curate and manage executive content pipelines, including LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs, videos, and other assets.
• Monitor and enhance the CEO's digital reputation through social listening and sentiment analysis.
• Benchmark against peers to continuously improve Dow's executive engagement strategy.
• Analyze engagement metrics and ROI to connect digital activity to business outcomes.
