Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will lead strategy, execution and measurement of the CEO's online engagement to boost visibility with customers, investors and policymakers.

Collaborating with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, IR and business leaders, you will develop integrated digital campaigns, monitor reputation and sentiment, and deliver data‑driven insights to prove ROI and advance Dow's priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in executive communications, corporate communications, digital communications, public affairs, reputation management, or related fields.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the CEO's digital engagement strategy across social platforms and channels.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across platforms, thought leadership content, and search visibility.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Monitor engagement performance, sentiment, and ROI to optimize strategy.
