Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify, and protect the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and content amplification. You will work with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and business leaders to advance Dow's priorities.

You will lead the strategy, execution, and measurement of engagement, leverage data-driven insights, and manage a pipeline of executive content to strengthen the company's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent military experience.
• 5+ years in executive/corporate/digital communications or related fields.
• US work authorization required. No visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies for visibility and reputation.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and Business Leaders.
• Curate and manage executive content pipelines (LinkedIn, articles, blogs, videos).
• Develop promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with priorities.
