Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will lead strategy, execution and measurement of the CEO’s online engagement, collaborating with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, IR and business leaders to align with Dow’s priorities.

You will build content ecosystems, manage reputation, and drive stakeholder engagement through data-driven insights and scalable digital programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field (or relevant military experience).
• At least 5 years in executive or corporate communications, digital communications, public affairs, reputation management, or related fields.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and content.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies that raise the CEO's visibility.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage an ongoing pipeline of executive content including LinkedIn posts, articles, editorials, blogs, and videos.
• Develop and execute promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with Dow's priorities and trends.
• Build a strategic engagement framework for influencers, customers, policymakers, media, and others.
• Oversee executive digital reputation management including social listening and sentiment analysis.
• Manage the CEO's online presence, SEO, knowledge panels, and other digital identity platforms.
• Monitor emerging channels and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Benchmark peers to continuously improve Dow's executive digital engagement strategy.
• Analyze engagement, reach, and ROI; develop dashboards linking activity to outcomes.
