Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO’s digital presence across external platforms. You will lead strategy, execution, and measurement to strengthen Dow’s reputation and support business priorities through social media, thought leadership, and content amplification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent.
• 5+ years in executive/corporate/digital communications or reputation management.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead management of the CEO’s external digital presence across platforms.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies for diverse stakeholders.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders.
• Curate and manage content including LinkedIn posts, articles, and videos.
• Develop promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with Dow priorities.
• Build an engagement framework for influencers, customers, policymakers, and media.
• Oversee digital reputation management, including sentiment analysis and SEO.
• Monitor emerging digital channels and technologies for opportunities.
• Benchmark peers and measure ROI of engagement strategies.
• Develop dashboards linking digital activity to reputation and business outcomes.
