Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Deskside Support Technician to deliver hands-on, on-site IT support at our corporate HQ in Houston. You’ll resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, serve executive users with “white-glove” care, and collaborate with AV and Desktop Engineering teams on deployments and security.

You will manage lifecycle tasks, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and maintain asset and ticketing accuracy while contributing to CSI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4 years in an enterprise IT support role with demonstrated experience supporting senior stakeholders or executive populations.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Active Directory/Azure AD Entra ID.
• Proficiency in M365 application support and administration basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 deskside support for hardware, software, OS, and peripherals across Windows and macOS environments.
• Manage and resolve escalated tickets within defined SLAs, ensuring ticket hygiene and KB updates.
• Execute device lifecycle activities using Intune and Jamf per Zero-Touch enrollment principles.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes for HQ-based employees, including device provisioning.
• Perform breakfix and warranty coordination for end-user hardware.
• Administer and troubleshoot M365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Maintain asset inventory accuracy in ITSM, enforce tagging and audit compliance.
• Proactively identify recurring issues and contribute to Problem Management.
• Support patching and endpoint security with Desktop Engineering.
• Document resolutions for reuse in knowledge base.
