Job summary

CHS Corporate is seeking an onsite Corporate Deskside Support Specialist to provide essential desktop support for Executives and corporate clients. Responsibilities include imaging, equipment deployment, software installation, and dedicated support for executive meetings. This role emphasizes teamwork and strong customer service, with occasional on-call availability.

100% in-office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, supporting laptops, phones, conference rooms, and AV systems as needed.

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma or GED required.
Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
0-1 years of experience in desktop or LAN support required.
Experience with enterprise IT systems and help desk ticketing tools preferred.
2+ years of experience supporting Active Directory for end-users.
4+ years of experience troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including network, PC, software and servers preferred.

Responsibilities

Primary support focuses on executives, providing assistance with laptops, phones, and conference rooms before and during executive meetings.
Manages remote and deskside incidents, including hardware/software deployment, Imaging laptops, desktops, VDI equipment.
Performs Deskside functions associated with internal and external customer-based needs, General LAN Network troubleshooting, and Avaya Phone and Mobile Devices support.
Employee Onboarding/Offboarding, GSuite requests including Shared Drive and Group management, Manages users IDs as necessary, to include the addition of users to individual applications and distribution groups.
Occasional on call rotation to support our ACC/Avasure team which is 24/7 operations team
