Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Executive Compensation Analyst who will support the administration and optimization of executive compensation programs, including data collection, reporting, and benchmarking. The role emphasizes Excel-driven analysis and strict data accuracy in a remote-US setting.

You will prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, maintain databases, ensure governance, and contribute to market competitiveness insights while coordinating with compensation teams and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc compensation reports.
• Maintain compensation databases, trackers, and reporting tools with accurate data.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Execute compensation processes in line with established procedures and governance.
• Support annual compensation cycles through data collection, reporting, and coordination.
• Maintain documentation and records for compliance and audit requirements.
• Analyze compensation data to evaluate internal pay alignment and market competitiveness.
• Validate, reconcile, and summarize compensation data to provide trends and insights for decision-making.
